Nicropad heaters are highly flexible in nature and can be fixed on the barrel of the machine without allowing air gap.
the insulation provided over the element is highly efficient in transferring the heat to the barrel. Nicropads heaters
require 30 to 50% less wattage comparing with band/ceramic heaters to produce sufficient heat in minimum time.
Nicropad heating pads are made with nichrome wire elements insulated electrically with high silica yarn and
sandwiched between two layers of high silica cloth. These heating jackets are attached to 50mm thick insulation pad
made in two equal halves with two layers of high silica cloth and in between these two 50mm ceramic wool is
stuffed.An outer cover of mechanically strong fabric is given. 30cm long cold leads for supply point and eyelets and
lace arrangements for fixing it on the object are provided to the heating pads. NICROPAD heating pads are designed
on 230V, 440V, or any other voltages as per customers requirement.
